This project is currently the largest construction project in the state of Illinois. KDS is currently performing construction management services for this project which includes the construction of new tracks from CTA’s Belmont Station to Howard Terminal. The project includes installing a rail bypass north of CTA’s Belmont station. It also includes installation of a new signal system on 23 track miles between Howard and Belmont. (01/20-Present)
